At Masters Custom Patches, we're committed to delivering your custom patches quickly and securely worldwide. We offer various shipping options to meet your needs, whether you're located domestically or internationally.
Please note that shipping times are estimates and begin after production is completed. Production times vary by product type and complexity.
2. Production Time
Before your order ships, it must go through our production process:
- Standard Production: 7-10 business days after artwork approval
- Rush Production: 3-5 business days (additional fee applies)
- Artwork Approval: Required before production begins
Production times may vary during peak periods or for complex custom designs. We'll notify you of any significant delays.
3. Shipping Options
We offer several shipping options to suit your timeline and budget:
Domestic Shipping (United States)
- Standard Ground: 3-7 business days
- Expedited: 2-3 business days
- Overnight: Next business day
International Shipping
- Standard International: 7-14 business days
- Expedited International: 3-7 business days
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on:
- Package weight and dimensions
- Destination address
- Selected shipping method
- Order value (for free shipping eligibility)
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on qualifying orders:
- Domestic: Free standard shipping on orders over $50
- International: Free standard shipping on orders over $199
- Sample Orders: Free shipping on all sample requests
Free shipping applies to standard shipping methods only. Expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package through the carrier's website using the provided tracking number.
If you have any issues with tracking or receiving your order, please contact our customer service team.
6. International Shipping
We ship worldwide! International orders are subject to additional considerations:
- Import duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient
- Customs processing may cause delays beyond our estimated delivery times
- Some countries may have restrictions on certain materials or products
- International shipping times do not include customs processing
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or import procedures in the destination country.
7. Shipping Restrictions
While we ship worldwide, there are some restrictions:
- We cannot ship to P.O. Box addresses for international orders
- Some products may have shipping restrictions to certain countries
- We reserve the right to refuse shipping to certain addresses or countries
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package appears to be lost or damaged during transit:
- Contact us immediately with your order number and details
- Provide photos of any damaged packaging or items
- We'll work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue
We package all items securely to prevent damage during shipping. However, if an item arrives damaged, we'll replace it at no additional cost.
9. Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately. We can only update the address before the package has been shipped. Once an order has shipped, we cannot redirect it to a different address.
